If you provide fee-for-service proteomics work and would like to be linked from this page, send me an email.
The FHCRC Proteomics facility provides mass spectrometry and HPLC services for protein and peptide characterization, including protein identification, protein modification analysis, protein/peptide purification, and qualitative/quantitative proteomics experiments. Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Proteomics & Metabolomics CoreThe School of Pharmacy Mass Spectrometry facility, located in the I-court below the rotunda cafeteria at the UW, offers a full array of fee-for-service possibilities. These include small molecule assay development, structure analysis, protein adduct mapping, protein-protein interaction mapping, proteomic gel band analysis, qualitative shotgun proteomics and label-free quantitative proteomics.
https://sop.washington.edu/department-of-medicinal-chemistry/mass-spectrometry-center/The Department of Chemistry Mass Spectrometry Facility is located on the ground floor of Bagley Hall in rooms 087 and 083. We provide wide variety of analytical services to the Department, University and community, ranging from qualitative sample analysis, unknown sample analysis to quantitative assays. We provide hands-on training and enable walk-on usage of most of the instruments providing education in multitude of aspects of mass spectrometry.
