TSQ Quantum Access
The TSQ Quantum Access, a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, offers versatility with its best in class mass range (m/z 30–3000). It has the ability to do 3000 timed SRMs as well as triggering data-dependent full scan MS/MS (Quantitation-Enhanced Data-Dependent MS/MS (QED-MS/MS)) giving the multi-component screening experiment an added dimension of specificity. Highly Selective Reaction Monitoring (H-SRM) followed by QED-MS/MS provides uncompromised quantitative performance at low levels followed by a fast, highly specific full MS/MS scan for confirmation. Additionally the Zero Cross-Talk Collision Cell eliminates false positives.

Base Collision Energy (CE) Equations (Ref[1]):
- TSQ Access (1.0 mTorr) 2 + peptide: CE = 0.049 x m/z - 5.750
- TSQ Access (1.0 mTorr) 3 + peptide: CE = 0.039 x m/z + 3.314
