UWPR’s state of the art instrumentation and equipment

The Proteomics Resource’s instrument room is located in the basement of 850 Republican St. in ~3500 sq. ft. of lab space.

Instruments

The facility currently houses six mass spectrometers for use by UWPR collaborators:

• Astral
• Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid
• Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid
• Orbitrap Exploris480 1 and 2
• TSQ Altis

The facility also offers two types of nano-liquid chromatography and autosampler instruments:

• EASY-nLC™ 1200 (qty. 6, for TSQ Altis, Tribrids, and Exploris 480)
• Vanquish Neo (qty. 2, for Astral and Exploris 480 only)
